At Amigos, we take coffee seriously. Before opening our doors, we travelled to Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, to learn the journey behind every bean — from growing and harvesting to processing, roasting, and brewing.
We wanted to understand coffee at its source, so we could bring that knowledge, passion, and respect into every cup we serve.

With over 10 years of experience as a chef, Youness brings a strong passion for food, hospitality, and quality to Amigos. He oversees logistics and daily operations, making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. His kitchen experience also plays a key role in shaping our food, standards, and the way we work. Youness is all about the details that make Amigos feel effortless - from the kitchen to the table.
Meda
Founder & Creative Director
Meda is the creative force behind the vision and personality of Amigos. She brings ideas to life through the design, drinks menu, and events, always looking for new ways to make the space feel fresh, welcoming, and full of energy. From the way Amigos looks and feels to what’s in your glass and what happens around you, Meda shapes the details that give the café its character. She’s always creating, experimenting, and finding new ways to bring people together.
Mohamed
Founder & Operations Lead
Mohamed is the person who keeps Amigos running smoothly behind the scenes. He takes care of maintenance, solves problems as they come up, and makes sure the team has everything they need to do their best work. From fixing unexpected issues to supporting the staff day to day, Mohamed is always ready to step in and keep things moving. His practical mindset and hands-on approach help make sure Amigos works as well behind the scenes as it feels out front.
Nour
Lead Barista & Coffee Specialist
Nour turns every coffee order into a ritual of care and precision. Crafting everything from rich specialty espressos to refreshing iced drinks, she pairs serious barista skills with an infectious warm smile. Nour brings bright morning energy to the counter, making sure your daily brew comes with genuine Moroccan hospitality.

Karim transforms fresh local produce into the vibrant, nourishing-focused dishes defined by our menu. With an eye for detail and a talent for balancing bold flavors, he leads the kitchen with steady creativity. From post-surf brunches to relaxed afternoon bites, Karim ensures every plate leaves the kitchen crafted with quality and care.

Sunset is the four-legged soul of Amigos. You’ll usually find her soaking up the sun, greeting guests with a wagging tail, or quietly keeping an eye on everything happening around the café. Her job is simple: bring good energy, make people smile, and remind everyone to slow down and enjoy the moment. At Amigos, she’s not just our café dog - she’s part of the family.
